COVID-19 – We Are Open for Business

 

Due to the Corona Virus, we are following guidelines as per the guidelines of the Government. We are open and following Social Distancing.

 

When attending your home, we open windows to ensure ventilation, wear PPE such as gloves and Facemasks and maintain Social Distancing whenever we are not required to help position you or use a product.

 

Please note we have our phone lines diverted to a mobile phone so we can answer your calls. We are currently taking appointments where possible but can also accept visits into our showroom as we are an essential business.

 

REPAIRS – If you have a medical product that requires an urgent repair please contact us on the number at the bottom of the page.  Where possible we will repair the product outside your premises.

 

DELIVERIES TO CUSTOMERS – If you require an urgent mobility product please contact us on the number below.  We can arrange to deliver products, where possible deliveries will be left outside reducing the risk of contact.

 

ANY DELIVERIES FOR CARE PLUS MOBILITY – please call 01761 417355 and someone can meet you to receive the delivery.
